A native of Columbus, Ohio, holds a dual role as Certified Business Expansion Coach and Strategist and a Certified Executive Trainer. As a Business Coach, Shaniece helps businesses gain visibility, increase profitability, and improve systems and strategies. As an Executive Trainer, Shaniece helps corporations and organizations grow internally through employee development programs, workshops, and events. Shaniece uses the strategic blend of coaching, consulting, and mentorship to help clients grow their businesses on average between 60-200% in 12 months. 

With more than seventeen years of coaching under her belt, Shaniece teaches from a 6-Step Business Expansion System. Her direct and powerful speaking style has put her in an elite group of educators. She has been honored to travel across the United States, teaching business owners and leaders to broaden their mindset, business, and profits through events, seminars, and workshops. One of her most recent training ventures has been with the Columbus Urban League teaching classes to help empower others. Shaniece was featured in the Influence Digest as one of the top 20 Coaches in Columbus, Ohio, in 2021.

Is the morning anchor for Spectrum News 1 in Ohio. Before moving to Ohio, Sophia worked in Texas at KLTV and KTRE as an anchor, reporter, and producer. While at KLTV, Sophia received her first Emmy nomination for field anchoring tornado coverage in 2017. Some of the more prominent stories Sophia has covered include the Waco, Texas, biker gang shootout at Twin Peaks; the SCOTUS announcement of same-sex marriage; and the Pulse Nightclub shooting in Orlando. Sophia holds an Associate of Arts degree from The University of South Florida, a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of North Texas, anda Master of Arts degree from TheToulouse Graduate School at the University ofNorth Texas. In her spare time, Sophia practices hot yoga and is an active hiker. Her favorite hiking companion is her 9-year-old Labrador Retriever, Zeva.
